Written permission must be obtained from the owner/occupier of the shop(s) outside which you wish to busk. Here is the Busking Form (15KB) you will need to fill out. The form is in pdf format and will require Adobe Reader to view it.
A written application letter is also required stating name, address and contact phone number (if possible), type of busking, and whether an individual or group.
This letter must be shown to the City Services Manager. If all conditions are met, Council will issue written permission.
