District Plan Document
25/08/2010: Please be advised that we are currently experiencing intermittent problems relating to users being able to access the District Plan documents. We are currently working on resolving this issue. In the meantime if you urgently require specific parts of the plan please let us know by emailing PlanEnquiry@rdc.govt.nz and we will do our best to forward you the requested documents. The Rotorua District Plan has 20 chapters (parts) and planning maps. The maps show the location of the various zones within the district.
From time to time some parts of the Plan will be subject to amendment or Plan Change(s). A list of past and current Plan Changes is able to be accessed on this web site.

Lakes A Zone - Part 20
Part Twenty (20) relates to a number of lakes to the east of the Rotorua CBD called the Lakes A Zone. It consists of two volumes of text and a set of planning maps.
