Council Management
The elected council’s main relationship is with its chief executive officer. The mayor and councillors employ the chief executive officer.
The chief executive officer is responsible for employing all other Council staff and for setting up and maintaining Council’s operational structure.
Management Structure
Council has six operational groups. Members of the management team lead five of these groups. The sixth is headed by Castlecorp's general manager.
