Notice of proposal of road stopping - Irene Place to Meadowbank Crescent Walkway
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974, Rotorua District Council gives public notice that it intends to stop, and once stopped, dispose of the Irene Place to Meadowbank Crescent Walkway (Section 1 SO 425930).
Details of the proposal may be inspected without charge during normal office hours at the Customer Centre, Main Entrance, Council Administration Building, 1061 Haupapa Street, Rotorua.
All persons wishing to make an objection or submission regarding the proposed road stopping must do so in writing to the Chief Executive, Rotorua District Council, Private Bag 3029, Rotorua, not later than 4.00pm on Wednesday 24th March 2010, being 40 days from the first publication of this notice.
