PLANNED WATER SHUTDOWNS
Castlecorp notifies residents of planned water shutdowns through a number of methods, dependant on the number of residents affected. We may individually deliver letters to addresses, place a public notice in the local paper, or advertise on the radio, and may notify residents individually.
EMERGENCY SHUTDOWNS
Often there are times when it is impossible to notify residents before or even during a shutdown. In the interest of safety, emergency shutdowns are carried out to prevent damage to people or property.
Please contact Castlecorp immediately if you and your neighbours are without water, and your area is not listed above.
