A differential targeted rate set under section 16(3)(b) and (4)(b) per toilet (water closets or urinals as defined in Council's policy) connected to the sewerage system on each rating unit as follows:

• Category 1: $359.00 for each toilet on rating units with from 1 to 4 toilets
  
• Category 2: $305.15 for each toilet on rating units with from 5 to 10 toilets
  
• Category 3: $287.20 for each toilet on rating units with 11 or more toilets
  
• Availability: $179.50 for each serviceable rating unit

 These charges are GST inclusive.

Please note:  Any rating unit that is used primarily as a residence for 1 household shall be treated as having not more than 1 toilet for the purposes of calculating the sewerage charge, regardless of the number of toilets actually connected to the sewerage system.
