The online version of Council’s Rating Information Database contains publicly available rating and valuation information for all properties within the Rotorua District.
You can use this database to search for rating and valuation information about a specific property, using either the property’s situation address or valuation roll number.
The information available includes details of the rates for the rating year 1st July 2008 to 30th June 2009, and the rating valuation dated 1st September 2005. A location map of the property can also be produced by selecting this option. Please note that the 2008 rating valuation will be published as soon as it is approved by the Valuer-General. This is expected to be during the second week of October 2008, with ratepayer's and owner's rating valuation notices posted out at that time.
Please note this information does not include owner/ratepayer names, postal addresses, or details of the current rates position.
