How do I apply for a Pensioner House?

A. 

Council manages 146 pensioner units throughout Rotorua and Ngongotaha. To be eligible you must be aged 60 or over and on a permanent benefit, or 55 years or over and on an invalid benefit, and capable of living independently. Vacancies are filled from a waiting list based on date of application. To apply, phone the Community Policy Administration Officer, 348-4199 ext 8149
