• All complaints will be taken seriously and you will be treated politely at all times.
• All complaints will be recorded in the WWTP odour register and appropriate action taken immediately.
• Complainants are invited to visit the WWTP to assist in identifying the exact source of the odour.

• A procedure is in place to follow up all odour complaints.
