The Annual Plan 2008/09 complements the council's important strategic document adopted in 2006 - the Ten Year Plan 2006-16 (more formally called a Long Term Council Community Plan). The Annual Plan indicates how we are to operate, what we intend doing during the financial year, how it will be funded and how we measure our achievements.
