The 2005/06 Annual Plan complements our important strategic document adopted in 2004 - The Ten Year Plan 2004-14 (more formally called a Long Term Council Community Plan, or LTCCP for short).
 
The annual plan demonstrates how we are to operate and what we are doing during this financial year. It takes into account the aspirations of residents, and identifies our response and contribution towards achieving those community outcomes. It also identifies any important changes to the Ten Year Plan.
